Hello, Tartlets and Darksiders! A new book club podcast episode is up on Dark Side of the Word. Join me and Kait as we discuss the Home Is Where the Bodies Are by Jeneva Rose.
Well, we knew it couldn’t last. As much as Kait and I agreed on our last book club read, we completely disagreed on Home Is Where the Bodies Are. Can you guess which one of us couldn’t put this thriller down and who wanted to throw it against the wall?
Kait and I also share writing updates, talk about what we’re reading and watching these days, and I reveal what new spooky podcast I’m addicted to!

You clearly haven’t watched The White Lotus! Whyyy? I watched most of this episode! I haven’t read this book so that’s why I didn’t finish watching. I think I would have liked this book. But I did watch enough of your discussion about it so I won’t read it. I knew I was watching at my own risk of spoilers but I couldn’t help it. I wanted to hear what you had to say!
Anyway…Ghost Children?! I’m so glad you’re writing another book! I don’t know how you keep up with it all- day job, blog, social media, writing books and a podcast? HOW? You must have great focus and 0 procrastination. I’m so jealous! And you probably don’t mindlessly scroll the internet. You’re amazing.
Loved watching this! And that dog needs to be shown on camera more! If there’s a dog, I have to see him! 😉
Hello, lovely! Funny enough, I DID watch The White Lotus, though I don’t remember much about the first two seasons.
Thank you for listening to the episode! I stand by my opinion that HOME IS… was a good read. And, yes, Ghost Children is developing nicely. 🙂 And, dude, I procrastinate ALL the time, lol. And I doom scroll, though usually between 2-4am, so maybe that’s why I have more time during the “regular” part of the day. LOL. And agreed about the doggo. 🙂
